Sales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a sales representative, you'll be providing assistance on product selection and helping customers choose the appropriate service upgrades. Inbound sales representatives answer incoming calls of current and prospect clients and process their sales requests, while outbound sales representatives place calls to existing customers in the purpose of upgrading and/or offering and selling other products and services to fit their needs. Sales agents must be product experts and should be able to meet and exceed their targets while ensuring excellent customer experience with every call.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Technical Call Center Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a technical support representative, you'll be providing assistance to clients from various countries -- receiving, identifying, and resolving technical support request for products such us telecommunication devices, computer hardware / software components, replace with gaming consoles, and internet connectivity. Primary task is to troubleshoot problems and errors customers may encounter in the different applications of the product or service being supported. You must be able to take your customers through troubleshooting steps via phone in a clear and efficient manner.
• REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a customer service representative, you'll be providing assistance to clients from various countries -- responding to their requests and answering their queries about products and services you are supporting. The task involves identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues, as well as recommending process improvements. The challenge comes with handling large volume of inquiries and navigating the computer, while providing excellent customer service, but the rewards of helping your customers with their problems are worth the effort.
